Copyright & License Agreement

All Creator Tax Architect content—including our digital products, calculators, worksheets, templates, text, graphics, layouts, branding, and educational materials—is protected by United States copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Creator Tax Architect product grants you a limited license to use that product. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Creator Tax Architect products remain the exclusive property of Creator Tax Architect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creator Tax Basic
  • Creator Tax Blueprint Full
  • worksheets
  • tax calculations
  • templates
  • graphics
  • layouts
  • written content
  • branding
  • website content
  • software
  • calculator logic

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of any copyright or intellectual property rights.

2. License Granted

After purchasing a Creator Tax Architect digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased PDF for your own personal or business planning.

This license allows you to:

  • download the PDF;
  • store it on your personal devices;
  • print copies for your own records;
  • use the materials for your own tax planning;
  • share the document with your own CPA, tax preparer, accountant, attorney, or financial advisor solely for assisting you.

This license is granted only to the purchaser.

3. What You May Not Do

Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not:

  • resell the PDF;
  • redistribute the PDF;
  • upload the PDF to websites;
  • share download links;
  • email copies to other people;
  • upload the PDF to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Discord, Slack, Reddit, Facebook groups, Telegram, or other file-sharing platforms for distribution;
  • post screenshots of substantial portions of the PDF online;
  • remove copyright notices;
  • modify the PDF and present it as your own work;
  • use any portion of the PDF in another commercial product;
  • copy substantial portions into books, courses, websites, newsletters, or AI training datasets;
  • reproduce or distribute the materials for commercial purposes.

4. Business Use

Your purchase is intended for your own personal or internal business use.

You may use the purchased materials to help manage your own business finances and tax planning.

You may not purchase one copy for use by multiple unrelated individuals or businesses.

If multiple people require access, each person should purchase their own license.

5. Sharing With Your Tax Professional

We encourage you to share your purchased Blueprint with the licensed professionals who assist you.

You may provide copies to:

  • your CPA;
  • your accountant;
  • your enrolled agent;
  • your attorney;
  • your financial advisor;

solely for the purpose of assisting you with your own financial or tax matters.

Those professionals do not receive ownership or reuse rights to the materials.

6. Educational Use

Creator Tax Architect products are educational resources.

Purchasing a Blueprint does not grant permission to:

  • teach classes using the PDF as course material;
  • include it in paid workshops;
  • distribute it to students;
  • upload it to learning management systems;
  • incorporate it into commercial training programs.

Please contact us if you are interested in educational or organizational licensing.

7. Refunds and License Termination

If your purchase is refunded under our Refund Policy:

  • your license immediately terminates;
  • you must permanently delete all downloaded copies;
  • you must stop using the refunded materials;
  • you may not continue distributing or relying upon the refunded content.

A refund reverses the purchase and ends your permission to use the product.

8. Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized copying or distribution may violate United States copyright law.

If we become aware of unauthorized distribution, we reserve the right to pursue available remedies, including:

  • requesting removal of infringing copies;
  • terminating licenses;
  • denying future purchases;
  • pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.

9. Requests for Permission

If you would like permission to:

  • license our materials;
  • quote substantial portions;
  • reproduce content;
  • use Creator Tax Architect materials commercially;
  • request bulk or organizational licensing;
