Our Creator Tax Basic and Creator Tax Blueprint Full are digital educational products designed to help creators better understand and organize their tax planning.
If you don't find your purchase helpful, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. Products Covered
This Refund Policy applies to the following digital products:
- Creator Tax Basic
- Creator Tax Blueprint Full
The free Creator Tax Architect calculator does not require payment and therefore is not covered by this Refund Policy.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
You do not need to provide a detailed explanation in order to receive a refund.
While we genuinely appreciate feedback that helps us improve Creator Tax Architect, providing feedback is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving your refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email:

Our goal is to make the refund process simple and hassle-free.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- your refund will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe;
- you will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Most financial institutions complete refunds within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. License Termination Following Refund
Because our products are delivered immediately as downloadable digital files, a refund also ends your license to use the purchased product.
Once a refund has been issued, you agree to:
- permanently delete all downloaded copies of the refunded PDF;
- stop using the refunded materials;
- not share, redistribute, or continue using the refunded product.
Refunds are intended to reverse the purchase. They do not grant continued permission to use or distribute Creator Tax Architect materials.
6. Digital Products
Our products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.
There are no physical products to return.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, our 7-day satisfaction guarantee serves as our return policy for digital purchases.
7. Educational Products
Creator Tax Architect provides educational tax planning resources.
A refund relates only to the purchase price of the digital product.
Refund eligibility is not based on:
- estimated tax savings;
- actual tax outcomes;
- IRS decisions;
- state tax agency decisions;
- future changes to tax laws;
- financial results achieved after using the product.
8. Abuse of the Refund Policy
Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to provide customers with confidence when purchasing our products.
We reserve the right to deny future purchases or revoke access to our services if we reasonably believe our refund policy is being abused, including repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests intended to obtain continued access without payment.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
